What is Behavior Based Safety and How Can It Save Lives?

First introduced in early 2018, Behavior Based Safety (BBS) has made its way into the hearts and minds of our AFPG TEAMmates. This approach to safety has empowered us all as Leaders to identify and eliminate hazards in the workplace and in our personal lives. We’re taking a TEAM approach to identifying safe behaviors, developing new approaches, and learning from the near misses.
