  • Six years of industry-related experience.
  • Experience leading projects of all sizes.
  • Texas FAL License.
  • High aptitude for customer service.
  • Advanced written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Dependability.
  • Paying attention to the details in all aspects of your work.
  • Although not required, the following would be a plus: NICET Level 3 Certificate, FEL B License, FEL K License, FEL A License, APS License.

  • Becoming an expert working with all AFPG systems, including, Astea, Microsoft AX, FormLink as well as others.
  • Consolidating and reviewing Field TEAM member’s time sheets for accuracy.   
  • Taking and dispatching Service calls using AFPG systems and processes.
  • Plan and schedule work to meet commitments.
  • Identify changes in projects that impact cost, schedule or labor requirements.    
  • Recommending improvements in procedures and overall company business practices.
